About the Role

We are seeking a
Lead BIM Engineer
to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving the digital transformation of our construction projects.

You will work closely with project owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate, manage, and optimize the
Building Information Modeling (BIM)
process — ensuring precision, efficiency, and innovation across every stage of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate
    BIM models
    across internal teams and subcontractors.
  • Manage and document
    model coordination and preconstruction meetings
    .
  • Develop and process
    shop-drawing-level models
    for design review and approval.
  • Assist project teams with
    construction coordination and scheduling
    .
  • Prepare
    3D models and detailed shop drawings
    for field use.
  • Support clients with
    quantity take-offs
    for material orders and crew planning.
  • Maintain accurate and timely
    BIM models, drawings, and documentation
    .
  • Provide regular
    reports and timesheets
    to ensure project transparency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a
    BIM Engineer
    or similar role within the AEC industry.
  • Proficiency in
    Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    architectural, structural, and MEP systems
    .
  • Excellent
    coordination and communication
    skills across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to analyze, identify, and resolve
    BIM-related technical issues
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in
    architecture
    , Engineering, or a related field.
