Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a BIM (Building Information Modeling) Lead. The BIM Lead will oversee the implementation and management of BIM processes across projects, encompassing design coordination, 3D modeling, and clash detection. Responsibilities include developing and enforcing BIM execution plans, managing model-based workflows, and ensuring adherence to project milestones and deliverables. The BIM Lead will collaborate closely with design, construction, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of construction processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD for 3D modeling, clash detection, and model coordination.
  • Experience in developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans and managing project workflows using BIM standards.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to provide training, manage teams, and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and the ability to monitor and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • PMP or any similar certification and experience in large-scale projects are a plus.
