We're looking for a strong BIM Lead based strictly in Egypt to join our Saudico team and manage BIM delivery for major projects.

What We Expect

  • 7–10 years of solid BIM experience on large-scale projects
  • Advanced skills in Revit, Navisworks, and coordination workflows
  • Strong understanding of ISO 19650, BEP development, and model governance
  • Ability to lead a BIM team and maintain high-quality deliverables
  • Confident communication with designers, consultants, and site teams
  • Experience in clash detection, model audits, and as-built updates

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead BIM activities across multidisciplinary project scopes
  • Ensure full compliance with BEP, AIR, and project standards
  • Conduct model reviews, clash coordination, and issue tracking
  • Support engineering and construction teams with accurate BIM data
  • Oversee model updates, documentation, and 3D/4D integration where required
