Contrack Facilities Management S.A.E


Key Responsibilities:


• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across company sites


• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment


• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly to ensure business continuity


• Support users with email setup, system access, and software installation


• Monitor system performance and report technical problems to the IT Supervisor


• Ensure all IT operations comply with company standards and data security policies


Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field


•
6 months to 1 year
of experience in IT technical support or helpdesk


• Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking (LAN/WAN)


• Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance


• Strong problem-solving and communication skills


• Team player with a proactive and service-oriented attitude
