Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Information Technology Executive to join our team at RAYA CX. The role is based on-site in Cairo and involves managing and overseeing IT operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, and administering network systems. The IT Executive will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving IT infrastructure and ensuring optimal system performance for business operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to promptly address and resolve technical issues.
  • Experience in Network Administration and IT Operations to ensure efficient system functionality and network performance.
  • Strong understanding of Information Technology systems and infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL are a plus.
