Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Technician located in Cairo, Egypt. The Information Technology Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to ensure the efficient operation of IT systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT equipment. The role also involves assisting users with effective resolutions to IT-related concerns, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing training on system usage when required.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Troubleshooting and Technical Support, with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently
  • Proficiency in Information Technology concepts, including knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with strong communication and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in training users on IT systems and tools
  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and willingness to stay updated with emerging technologies
  • Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the fintech or technology industry is a plus
