Job Summary:

The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, results-driven, and experienced in leading sales teams within a dynamic environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Monitor team performance and KPIs; provide regular feedback and support
  • Create and implement sales strategies and action plans to boost performance
  • Identify training needs and conduct regular coaching sessions
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide guidance to team members
  • Collaborate with management to align team goals with company objectives
  • Prepare and present performance reports and sales forecasts
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools
  • Experience in [insert industry, e.g., FMCG, tech, services] is a plus
