As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via hotline or social media, providing professional support, building positive relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Hotline Agent

  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and offer quick solutions.
  • Maintain a polite and patient attitude with all customers.
  • Record customer details, inquiries, and solutions provided.
  • Manage multiple calls simultaneously with accuracy and quality.

Social Media Agent

  • Manage company presence across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a positive online community.
  • Create clear, professional written responses.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithms and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain brand consistency.

Qualifications

  • Good command of English (spoken & written).
  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Bachelor's degree (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Completed military service (for males).
  • Maadi residents preferred.
  • Previous customer service/call center experience is a plus.
