As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via hotline or social media, providing professional support, building positive relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Hotline Agent
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and offer quick solutions.
- Maintain a polite and patient attitude with all customers.
- Record customer details, inquiries, and solutions provided.
- Manage multiple calls simultaneously with accuracy and quality.
Social Media Agent
- Manage company presence across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a positive online community.
- Create clear, professional written responses.
- Stay updated with platform algorithms and best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Good command of English (spoken & written).
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Bachelor's degree (fresh graduates welcome).
- Completed military service (for males).
- Maadi residents preferred.
- Previous customer service/call center experience is a plus.
