- Work closely with our sales teams and customers to understand their unique business challenges, and help them build customized cybersecurity solutions.
- Partner with technical teams to design tailored cybersecurity solutions, from network security to endpoint protection and identity management. You'll create clear, well-thought-out proposals and presentations that speak to each client's individual requirements.
- Take complex cybersecurity concepts and explain them in a simple, engaging way that resonates with customers, showing how our solutions can solve their specific problems.
- Stay on top of the latest trends, emerging threats, and new technologies in cybersecurity to ensure our solutions stay cutting-edge and relevant to our customers' evolving needs.
- Work hand-in-hand with our engineering and implementation teams to make sure the proposed solutions are not only feasible but also scalable for future growth.
Required Skills & Experience
- A solid understanding of the fundamentals, including network security, firewalls, encryption, threat detection, and vulnerability management. You should be able to talk tech and break it down in ways that make sense to our clients.
- Familiarity with integrating various technologies to create seamless, end-to-end solutions that meet client needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with both technical and non-technical clients. Whether you're writing proposals or presenting a solution, you'll be able to communicate clearly and persuasively.
- Comfortable in assessing client challenges, diagnosing pain points, and designing creative cybersecurity solutions that work.
- Practical experience working with security tools such as SIEMs, firewalls, endpoint protection, and identity management systems is important.
- Listen carefully to clients and are genuinely invested in solving their problems. Your goal is to offer solutions that provide real value and help them stay secure.
- In a fast-moving world of cybersecurity, you're comfortable navigating shifting priorities and finding solutions in dynamic environments.
- Work with a team, whether that's brainstorming with sales, aligning with engineers, or keeping clients in the loop. You're always looking for ways to make teamwork more effective.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in cybersecurity presales.
- Graduated from Computer Science or equivalent.
