Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Presales Engineer located in Qesm El Doki. The Senior Presales Engineer will support the sales team by analyzing client needs and providing tailored technical solutions. Responsibilities include delivering technical presentations, preparing proposals, offering integration insights, and ensuring alignment with client requirements. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with customers to address technical queries and provide security recommendations where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support, Presales, and providing tailored technical solutions to clients
  • Experience in Sales and fostering strong client relationships
  • Hands-on expertise in Integration and aligning solutions with customer systems
  • Knowledge of Security protocols and best practices to address client concerns
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the telecom or network service industry is a plus
