Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mall Operations Manager located in Sheikh Zayed.

Oversee daily mall operations, including security, housekeeping, landscaping, and pest control.

Ensure all facilities and equipment are in excellent working condition and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely actions.

Oversee smooth procedures for ingress and egress of tenant goods.

Manage traffic flow and parking operations to ensure safety and convenience.

Maintain the property at the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation always.

Manage contractors and service providers to ensure high quality service and cost efficiency.

Lead, train, and motivate the operations and CCTV teams to uphold the highest standards of performance.

Conduct regular staff briefings, performance evaluations, and training sessions.

Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations and policies.

Conduct regular facility inspections, safety audits, and ensure all emergency systems are operational.

Develop and maintain emergency response and disaster recovery plans.

Coordinate with local authorities and civil defense for safety compliance, fire drills, and inspections.

Review and approve service contracts, quotations, and purchase orders.

Recommend and implement cost-saving measures and operational efficiency improvements.

Analyze operational performance and develop strategies to enhance productivity and service quality.

Prepare and present monthly reports and KPIs to senior management, highlighting key operational metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Operational management skills, including facility management, process optimization, and compliance adherence.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing tenant relationships and liaising across departments.
  • Budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiation abilities.
  • Customer service expertise to ensure positive customer experiences and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to supervise and motivate on-site staff.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and reporting operational performance metrics.
  • Understanding of safety and emergency response protocols.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant prior experience in retail, hospitality, or operations management is an advantage.
