Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with company and regulatory standards.

  • Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles in coordination with the Finance Director and plant management.

  • Oversee cost accounting and ensure accurate calculation of production, material, and labor costs.

  • Monitor cash flow, control expenses, and support treasury operations.

  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax laws, corporate policies, and external audit requirements.

  • Analyze financial performance and provide reports and recommendations for operational improvements.

  • Lead and mentor the accounting team to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and process efficiency.

  • Coordinate with supply chain, operations, and procurement to ensure cost control and financial alignment.

  • Support ERP and accounting system optimization for data accuracy and reporting automation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within manufacturing.

  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting and ERP systems.

  • Deep understanding of Egyptian tax and financial regulations.

  • Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools.

  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
