Qesm El Sheikh Zaid Al Jizah, Egypt 20 West Mall Full time 120,000 - 240,000 per year

Lead and execute the research, design and development processes for the mall to ensure the delivery of highly efficient projects in terms of design and function, adhering to engineering and architectural standards, and maximizing the commercial utilization of space.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.    Lead the preliminary and architectural design phases of the administrative and commercial projects within the mall.

2.    Coordinate with engineering and architectural consultants to ensure that the design is consistent with the project objectives.

3.     Meeting tenant's representative, appointment of the tenants project teams and conducting kickoff meetings with them.

4.     Creating & Communicating the tenant briefing kit, Mall design criteria and deliverable to the tenant and his project teams

5.     Managing design packages review and assessing its compliance with 20 West design criteria.

6.     Managing units final inspections and approving its energization and commissioning.

7.     Managing the units due renovations with tenants and new merchants entry.

Managing new developments and extensions after construction handover.

Developing and managing monthly, annual projection and tracking plans and periodical reports.

Required qualifications and experience:

1.    Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Project Management or equivalent.

2.    From 3-5 years of experience in real estate development or Shopping mall.

3.    Advanced knowledge of design programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite.

4.    In-depth understanding of mall and retail development processes.

5.    Excellent leadership, organizational and analytical skills.

6.    Preferably from October residents
