Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Performance Management
- Lead the showroom team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for all vehicle models.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Implement sales plans, promotional activities, and local marketing initiatives to drive traffic and maximize profitability.
- Ensure effective stock management and display arrangements for all vehicles.
Customer Experience & Brand Representation
- Ensure a premium and professional customer journey from first contact to vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations efficiently to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain showroom ambiance, cleanliness, and visual merchandising in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular training and coaching for the sales team on product knowledge, negotiation, and customer service excellence.
Operational & Administrative Management
- Oversee daily operations including staff attendance, workflow, and administrative reporting.
- Coordinate with Marketing, After-Sales, and Finance departments to ensure smooth customer processes (e.g., test drives, trade-ins, financing, and insurance).
- Manage documentation accuracy related to sales contracts, invoices, and vehicle registration.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and brand standards.
People Leadership
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Executives and Customer Relations Officers.
- Conduct performance appraisals and identify training and development needs.
- Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 7–10 years
of experience in automotive sales, with at least
3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the Egyptian automotive market and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent command of
English and Arabic
(spoken and written).
