Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom Manager located in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Showroom Manager will oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensure a positive customer experience, and maintain a professional and organized environment. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing the overall function and efficiency of the showroom. The Showroom Manager will also collaborate with management to implement strategies for growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Experience, and providing excellent Customer Service
- Proven experience in Sales and achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge and expertise in showroom management
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred
