Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Showroom Manager will oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and maintaining the showroom's environment according to company standards. Key responsibilities include managing sales efforts, maintaining inventory displays, leading a team of showroom staff, and driving customer satisfaction. The individual must be adept at cultivating positive relationships with clients and motivating the team to achieve sales targets while representing the brand's luxury aesthetic and values.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and creating an exceptional Customer Experience.
  • Proven experience in Sales and the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in overseeing and maintaining Showrooms, including managing visual displays and product organization.
  • Leadership abilities, including staff management, performance assessment, and team motivation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and colleagues effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns or disputes professionally.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and inventory management software is a plus.
  • Previous experience in retail, particularly in furniture or luxury goods, is highly preferred.
