Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role at our Cairo, Egypt office. The candidate will oversee the coordination, preparation, and management of proposals in response to RFPs. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing comprehensive and compelling proposal documents, managing deadlines and submissions, collaborating with various teams to gather required information, and ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Proposal Coordination and Proposal Management
  • Proven skills in Proposal Writing and Proposal Preparation
  • Knowledge and understanding of responding to RFPs
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Proficiency in using proposal management tools and software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of architectural or design-related industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
