About the Role

Sabbour Consulting is seeking a
Senior Proposals & Business Development Engineer
to join the Business Development team. The role focuses on preparing high-quality
technical and financial proposals
in response to Requests for Proposal (RFPs). This is a
documentation and submission role
—not a sales role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret RFP documents and client requirements.
  • Develop and structure
    technical and financial proposals
    aligned with project scope.
  • Coordinate with engineering, planning, cost, and support teams to collect accurate inputs.
  • Draft, format, and finalize proposal content ensuring compliance and clarity.
  • Prepare all required supporting documents (company profile, experience sheets, project lists, CVs, forms).
  • Manage proposal timelines, version control, and internal review cycles.
  • Ensure timely submission of complete and well-organized proposal packages.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in
    proposal development
    within engineering or consultancy.
  • Strong English writing and document preparation skills.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and deadline-driven work.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
