Key Responsibilities:

-Proposal Preparation

  • Assist in preparing technical and financial proposals for engineering and consultancy projects.
  • Review tender documents, RFPs, and scope of work to extract requirements and deliverables.

-Coordination & Data Gathering

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to collect technical inputs, drawings, and project data.
  • Maintain and update proposal templates, project references, and technical databases.

-Design & Presentation

  • Create visually appealing presentations, graphics, and layouts for proposals and marketing materials.

  • Ensure submissions meet client requirements, company standards, and deadlines.

  • Business Development Support

  • Conduct market research and follow up on bids.

  • Contribute to the development of high-quality, competitive proposals.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.
  • 0–3 years of experience in proposals, engineering, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign & Photoshop (Illustrator is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Attributes
:

Experience in proposals for engineering, construction, or consultancy projects.

Creativity in layout and presentation design.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
