About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated
Proposal Engineer
with 1-3 years of experience in the technology or engineering sector. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring client requirements are clearly understood and addressed.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and tenders to prepare accurate and competitive proposals.
  • Collaborate with technical, sales, and finance teams to gather project data and pricing inputs.
  • Draft technical and commercial documentation aligned with client specifications.
  • Support cost estimation and solution design processes.
  • Maintain proposal databases, templates, and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients for clarifications and submissions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in proposal or presales engineering (preferably tech/IT/industrial automation).
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency.
  • Familiarity with tender processes or ERP systems is a plus
