Position Overview:

You will be actively involved in the development and submission of prequalification documents and proposals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company while working on diverse and challenging projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on the preparation of proposals, marketing materials, and internal documentation, as well as client presentations, ensuring alignment with the company's brand and objectives.
  • Execute the timely preparation of proposals across the company's full spectrum of services, demonstrating comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
  • Interpret client specifications accurately and develop compliant proposals that highlight the company's relevant expertise and capabilities.
  • Foster effective communication with internal stakeholders to gather precise data for the preparation of proposal materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update the company's experience database, ensuring it reflects the latest projects and achievements to enhance credibility and competitiveness.

Requirements
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in
    consultancy firm - architecture, urban planning
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Demonstrated self-discipline and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting demanding schedule requirements while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
