**We're seeking a highly experienced and strategic Bid & Proposal Manager to drive our business growth by owning the full bid lifecycle — from strategy to submission.

You'll play a key role in transforming our technical capabilities into compelling, winning proposals that secure high-value opportunities.

What You'll Do


• Lead the Win Strategy:

Develop strong, differentiated bid strategies — defining value propositions, competitive positioning, and commercial models for complex IT and cybersecurity projects.


• Own the End-to-End Bid Process:

Manage every stage from RFP analysis and "go/no-go" decisions to final proposal delivery and client presentations.


• Collaborate Across Teams:

Coordinate closely with Presales, Solutions Architects, Sales, Finance, and Legal to gather inputs, validate pricing, and ensure compliance.


• Deliver Outstanding Proposals:

Write, edit, and refine professional, compliant, and persuasive proposals that highlight our strengths and differentiators.


• Optimize Processes:

Track progress, maintain documentation, and continuously enhance our internal bid library and proposal workflows.

What We're Looking For


• 5+ years of proven success in Bid / Proposal Management — ideally in IT, Software, or Cybersecurity.


• Strong strategic thinking and persuasive communication skills.


• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple bids under tight deadlines.


• Familiarity with bid/proposal management best practices (APMP certification is a plus).


• Experience using proposal automation tools or CRMs.**
