Role Purpose:

Lead the corporate technical function, providing strategic oversight and governance across all engineering disciplines and projects. This role ensures engineering excellence, compliance, and innovation at the organizational level, influencing corporate decisions and supporting long-term business objectives.

4. Key Accountabilities:

  • Define and implement technical vision and standards across all projects.
  • Advise General Management on technical risks, opportunities, and innovations
  • Oversee all engineering disciplines, Civil & Structural Engineering

Architectural Engineering, Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection) Electrical & Low Current Systems.

  • Establish corporate technical policies, workflows, and compliance frameworks.
  • Ensure alignment with group operational excellence and sustainability goals
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and specially operations to optimize technical solutions.
  • Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives across all projects.
  • Provide technical performance dashboards and strategic reports to General Management.
  • Monitor KPIs for technical efficiency, compliance, and innovation.
  • Lead risk management for technical aspects impacting corporate objectives
  • Ensures that projects, facilities, and functions operate in accordance with the organizational health safety and wellbeing and environment and sustainability policies, HSSE manual, and Standard Operating Procedures relative to the project or function. Monitors the effective implementation of these requirements, addressing shortcomings as required with relative persons.

5. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Master's degree or PMP preferred.
  • More than 15 years' experience in technical leadership, including corporate-level exposure.
  • Expertise in multi-disciplinary engineering and large-scale projects.
  • Deep knowledge of construction methodologies and technical standards
  • Strategic thinking and executive communication.
  • Excellent leadership skills to guide and motivate teams, provide direction and set clear objectives.
  • Excellent Command of English language skills.
