We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative 
Technical Engineer

to join our team, focusing on 
Civil and Architecture solutions

. This role will involve presenting and demonstrating our AEC software products, including 
Autodesk Construction Cloud

, to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in civil engineering or architecture, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

We are a team of technology-driven individuals with a curiosity for how things work and a passion for designing and building reliable, scalable, and efficient solutions. This position will require close collaboration with sales, business development, and project management teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Technical Presentation:

Present and demonstrate our AEC software products and services to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of solutions.
- Customer Engagement:
Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
- Providing adequate technical knowledge to our customers about system use through implementation and training sessions.
- Technical Support:

Provide technical support, including answering technical inquiries, troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the implemented solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management.
  • 2+ years in the construction field; technical presales is a plus.
  • Experience with AEC software solutions such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

  • Excellent 
    communication and presentation skills

, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Fluent in English

(written and spoken); French is a plus.
