Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners and suppliers.
  • Negotiate competitive rates, special offers, and value-added benefits for our clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to ensure our rates and offers remain attractive.
  • Ensure all contracts are accurately documented and compliant with company policies.
  • Work closely with the product, reservations, and finance teams to ensure smooth implementation of agreements.
  • Monitor contract performance and resolve any issues related to pricing, availability, or service delivery.
  • Participate in trade shows, workshops, and business trips to strengthen partnerships and identify new opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on contracting performance and market insights.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel contracting, procurement, or account management within the tourism industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with travel technology platforms (e.g., extranets, channel managers).
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
