Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for a Reservations Team Leader. The Reservations Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of the reservations team, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing team performance, ensuring smooth communication with clients, training team members, assisting with guest inquiries, and addressing escalated issues. The role requires fostering a collaborative and customer-centered environment while meeting performance targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address inquiries promptly.
  • Experience in Food & Beverage and Hospitality industries, with a proven ability to handle customer reservations.
  • Proficiency in Training and coaching team members to enhance their skills and ensure high performance.
  • Leadership experience in managing teams and ensuring smooth operational processes.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
