Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Reservations Manager. The Reservations Manager will oversee and manage booking operations, handle customer inquiries, maintain high standards of customer service, and collaborate with the sales team to optimize occupancy and revenue. Responsibilities also include supervising and training the reservations team, maintaining accurate booking records, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Reservations management and experience with booking systems.
  • Strong Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and quick resolution of issues.
  • Effective Communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and liaising with guests.
  • Background in Sales and experience in driving revenue through booking optimization.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in using reservation software and basic office applications.
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and standards is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
