Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm Dahab for a Reservations Manager. The Reservations Manager will oversee reservation operations, manage bookings, and ensure smooth coordination between the reservations desk and other departments. Duties include communicating with guests to provide tailored solutions, optimizing sales opportunities, delivering excellent customer service, and training team members to maintain high standards of service. The role emphasizes both operational efficiency and creating outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Reservations and Sales skills, including the ability to manage booking systems and maximize sales opportunities
  • Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and maintain a high standard of satisfaction
  • Training and leadership abilities to mentor and develop team members
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred
