Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Reservation Supervisor located in Tropitel Dahab. The Reservation Supervisor will manage daily reservations, ensure seamless communication with customers, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and handle training for reservation procedures. The role involves overseeing reservation inquiries and confirmations, resolving guest concerns, and working closely with team members to meet operational goals while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Reservations processes and systems
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and handling guest relations
  • Ability to provide effective team Training in reservation practices
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in relevant reservation software is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
