Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Sales Representative / Enterprise Sales Representative to join our fintech sales team at Aloha Dot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting our digital payment and software solutions to enterprises and SMEs.

This role requires a strong understanding of financial technology, B2B sales, and relationship management within the payments, banking, or software industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise and SME clients within the fintech and financial services sector.
  • Present and promote Aloha Dot's fintech solutions (digital payments, software platforms, and financial applications) to potential clients.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase value propositions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the technical and product teams to customize solutions according to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements in line with company policies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on fintech trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the industry.
  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and marketing initiatives to generate leads.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably within fintech, payments, or software solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital payments, banking systems, or financial technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling SaaS or API-based financial products.
  • Existing network within banks, payment providers, or enterprise clients.
  • Knowledge of PCI DSS, KYC/AML, or regulatory compliance in fintech.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, tech, and marketing teams.
