Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning Supervisor, based in Markaz Qowesna. The Planning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production planning process, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring efficient workflow. Daily responsibilities include developing plans to optimize supply chain operations, analyzing data to improve processes, and managing communication between key stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Planning abilities to develop and assess strategies effectively
  • Experience in Production Planning and Supply Chain Management to ensure seamless operational processes
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to meet tight deadlines and manage resources efficiently
  • Proficiency with planning tools and software is an advantage
  • Prior experience in a similar supervisory role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
