Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in 10th of Ramadan for an Administrative Affairs Supervisor. The role involves overseeing daily administrative operations, managing office processes, supporting staff, and ensuring that the workplace adheres to company policies and regulations. The Administrative Affairs Supervisor will collaborate with different teams to support operational efficiency and meet organizational objectives.

* Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the administrative team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

  • Supervise the Executive Secretary, Movement & Security Specialist, and Government Affairs Specialist.

  • Monitor internal security systems, visitor logs, and security personnel activities.

* Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in same field.

  • Preferably residing near 10th of Ramadan City.
