Personnel Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Personnel Administration & Documentation

• Manage employee files, contracts, renewals, and personnel forms according to audit and compliance standards.
• Ensure proper documentation of hiring, termination, promotions, and transfers.
• Maintain an updated personnel archive for all employees.

Attendance & Leave Management

• Supervise attendance records, overtime, leaves, and shift updates.
• Verify and validate attendance data before payroll submission.
• Coordinate with line managers to resolve attendance-related issues.

Payroll Support

• Prepare monthly payroll inputs including overtime, deductions, and allowances.
• Provide accurate payroll reports to HR and finance teams.
• Ensure timely and precise payroll cycle support.

Government Relations & Compliance

• Process employee registration, resignation, and updates with social insurance and labor offices.
• Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law and company HR policies.
• Prepare and support internal and external audit requirements.

Employee Services

• Handle employee inquiries related to leaves, contracts, policies, and HR procedures.
• Support onboarding processes by preparing personnel documentation for new hires.
• Coordinate medical insurance enrollment and claims.

HR Systems & Reporting

• Use
  SAP / ERP systems
  to process personnel transactions, attendance updates, and recordkeeping.
• Generate reports such as headcount, turnover, contract status, and attendance KPIs.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of personnel data across all systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience
  in personnel affairs within FMCG or manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of
  Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and payroll inputs
  .
• Proficiency in SAP is a must
  (HR/Personnel modules).
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
