**About the Role**

We're looking for a *Facility Management Specialist** to support our operations team in Cairo. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow into a project coordination or operations role in a fast-paced, tech-driven company.

**What You'll Do**

  • Respond to customer job requests and quote queries

  • Assist with job scheduling and booking confirmations

  • Support engineer assignment based on location and skills

  • Track materials and manage returns as needed

  • Input job instructions into our booking platform

  • Monitor job progress and update statuses

  • Review engineer locations using trackers

  • Check before/after job photos for quality

  • Assist with invoice generation

  • Help prepare daily reports and meeting updates

**What You Need**

  • Good English (spoken and written)

  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and new tools

  • Team spirit and clear communication

  • Previous experience in operations or property maintenance is a plus (but not required)
