Objective:
  • Responsible for monitoring operations to ensure that all software products meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing quality control systems and procedures to ensure products or services meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Establishing quality control standards and specifications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the entire production process to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and implementing quality control training programs to educate employees on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Coordinating and leading quality control activities, such as inspections, testing, and documentation, to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Analyzing quality control data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and prepare reports for management review.
  • Maintaining documentation and records related to quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.
  • Overseeing supplier quality management processes, including supplier audits, evaluations, and performance monitoring.
  • Managing a team of QC professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or any related field.
  • quality-related certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ certifications) are preferred.
  • Min. 10+ years of experience including 2 years as Quality Control Manager.
  • Proficiency in quality control, quality assurance, or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment..
  • Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in implementing and maintaining quality control systems and processes..
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements, regulations, or industry-specific standards.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in test management tools and bug-tracking systems.
  • Proficiency with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
