Job Description:

  • Monitor client interactions and policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality insurance policies and procedures.
  • Track and evaluate service delivery, focusing on client life cycle and policy renewals.
  • Review client interactions, policies and endorsements to identify potential coverage gaps and to ensure policies are received accurately and on time.
  • Develop anti-fraud measures and collaborate with operational teams to improve operational procedures and service levels.
  • Manage quality control teams including overseeing their day-to-day work and performance evaluations.

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field.
  • 5-7 years' experience in Managing quality Control teams.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.

Job Location:

  • Mivida Business Park, Mivida Compound.
  • Working Hours: Monday till Friday (6:00PM - 3:00AM) - Saturdays and Sundays Off.
