Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Quality Control Manager. The Quality Control Manager will oversee the quality assurance of construction projects, ensuring compliance with client expectations, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, identifying and resolving quality issues, reviewing project plans and protocols, and collaborating with teams to maintain high standards. The manager will also document quality controls and provide reports on project performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in quality control management, inspection, and compliance in the construction sector.
  • Technical proficiency in construction protocols, standards, and material evaluation.
  • Strong leadership, team coordination, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Analytical abilities with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards in the construction industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
