Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a B2B Telesales Representative located in Qesm El Maadi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The B2B Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients, generating leads, and closing sales. Daily tasks will include maintaining a customer database, following up on leads, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in telesales or B2B sales
- Ability to generate and follow up on leads
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with using CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
