Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a B2B Telesales Specialist, based in Qesm El Maadi with opportunities for remote work. The primary responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing business clients, identifying sales opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and achieving sales goals. The role requires proactive communication through calls and emails, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to deliver an excellent client experience.
- Effective Communication skills to communicate clearly and professionally with B2B clients.
- Proven Sales skills to identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and close deals.
- Experience in Training clients or partners to ensure proper understanding of services and solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in B2B industries or electrical engineering fields is a plus.
