Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Telesales position located in Qesm El Maadi. The B2B Telesales representative will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential business clients, presenting and promoting services, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily tasks include making outbound sales calls, responding to inbound inquiries, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in outbound and inbound sales
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Experience in remote collaboration and teamwork
  • Familiarity with the technology and managed services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
