The Role (What You'll Own)
As National Sales Manager, you will lead a field force team covering major territories. You will drive hospital access progress, coach field execution, and enforce CRM discipline and reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and performance-manage field force across Egypt (national coverage).
Own territory mapping, segmentation, routing, visit planning, and frequency strategy.
Drive hospital access plans (formulary pathways, committee progression, stakeholder mapping).
Ensure strong key account management across public & private institutions.
Enforce CRM quality and compliance.
Build strong weekly execution rhythm: pipeline stand-ups, field coaching, performance reviews.
Support tender readiness through forecasting inputs, consumption insights, and coordination with internal governance.
Maintain high standards of compliance, documentation, and audit-ready execution.
What Success Looks Like (Performance Indicators)
Field force productivity and execution discipline aligned with defined call/activity targets.
High CRM compliance and strong data quality.
Solid access pipeline movement and measurable wins in targeted accounts.
Consistent coaching cadence and improved field force capability over time.
Requirements (Must-Have)
National / multi-governorate sales leadership experience in healthcare/pharma/medical devices.
Proven people management: coaching, performance management, field leadership.
Strong account management background (institutional / hospital environment).
Experience/exposure in Surgery and/or Vascular (preferred as core background).
Medical background (Pharmacy / Science / Medicine / Veterinary / related).
Strong reporting & governance mindset (CRM discipline, documentation, follow-up).
Willingness to travel nationally; comfortable with field-based leadership.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in wound care / vascular access pathways / hospital committees.
Tender exposure (public sector processes, institutional procurement).
Experience working in structured systems (ERP/CRM, dashboards, SOP-driven operations).
