Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a National Sales Manager, located in Cairo, Egypt. The National Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations across various regions, implement business plans, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Key responsibilities include leading and motivating the sales team, managing accounts, establishing budgets, and contributing to overall strategic planning efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic execution
  • Strong experience in Account Management and Sales
  • Expertise in Team Management and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge or experience in Budgeting and financial planning
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
