We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior Technical Office Engineer – Architectural
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the technical aspects of architectural works across a variety of large-scale projects — including
residential, commercial, landscape

This role involves reviewing and coordinating shop drawings, preparing RFIs, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that all architectural work aligns with project specifications, codes, and design intent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the architectural shop drawing log before submission to the consultant.
  • Review shop drawings from subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with design and technical standards.
  • Prepare and follow up on RFIs to resolve conflicts, missing information, or unclear details.
  • Coordinate with consultants and project stakeholders to address technical challenges during construction.
  • Develop precise as-built drawings at the end of the project for final submission.
  • Ensure full compliance with codes, specifications, and architectural standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare detailed architectural construction drawings to guide site execution.
  • Work closely with civil, structural, and MEP teams to ensure complete coordination of design across disciplines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering (minimum cumulative grade:
    Good
    ).
  • 5–7 years of experience in architectural technical office work across
  • Proficient in
    AutoCAD
    and
    REVIT
    software tools.
  • Solid understanding of building codes, design standards, and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a collaborative team environment.
