Job Summary:

Osisco is hiring a
Senior Civil Technical Office Engineer
to manage and oversee all technical office operations for our ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in
flooring and waterproofing systems
, including
quantity takeoff, pricing
, and
method statements
. This role is critical for ensuring technical compliance, cost control, and alignment with project goals in terms of time, quality, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and review
    monthly technical reports
    , tracking project progress, quality, and cost control.
  • Supervise the preparation and review of
    shop drawings
    ,
    technical submittals
    , and
    Methods of Statement
    for all civil works.
  • Prepare and review
    quantity takeoffs and pricing
    for
    flooring and waterproofing systems
    , including materials such as epoxy, polyurethane, cementitious coatings, and bituminous membranes.
  • Review and evaluate
    subcontractor quotations
    and
    contracts
    to ensure technical and commercial alignment.
  • Approve
    purchase orders
    for all BOQ-related items and ensure they match project needs and specifications.
  • Supervise the preparation of detailed
    quantity surveying
    and
    cost tracking reports
    .
  • Monitor
    project schedules
    , identify delays, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
  • Oversee
    design adjustments
    as needed based on actual site conditions.
  • Review and verify
    subcontractor and consultant invoices
    , ensuring accuracy and work completion compliance.
  • Coordinate between all engineering disciplines and lead all section heads to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Approve all project documentation including
    shop drawings
    ,
    method statements
    ,
    invoices
    , and other technical records.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Civil Engineering
    .
  • 5–8 years
    of experience in Technical Office operations, with a focus on
    flooring systems
    and
    waterproofing works
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    epoxy, polyurethane, cementitious coatings, bituminous membranes
    , and other waterproofing/flooring materials and execution techniques.
  • Proven experience in
    BOQ preparation
    ,
    quantity takeoff
    ,
    pricing
    , and
    contract review
    .
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing
    Methods of Statement
    for various civil works.
  • Very Good in
    English
    (spoken and written) is required.
