Role Description

The Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing mechanical design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with project standards. The role involves coordinating with consultants, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution. The engineer will also oversee the preparation of material submittals, review construction progress, and provide technical guidance to ensure the project aligns with design requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing mechanical design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Strong coordination skills for collaborating with consultants, engineers, and team members in mechanical systems and project execution.
  • Experience with material submittals, technical evaluations, and ensuring compliance with design standards.
  • Knowledge of mechanical engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools.
  • Leadership abilities with attention to detail and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional experience in construction, engineering consultancy, or project management in a senior technical role.
