Customer Engagement & Growth Lead

Overview
:

We're looking for a strategic and performance-driven
Customer Engagement & Growth Lead
to own our end-to-end customer value strategy — from acquisition to retention. This role will drive our CVM roadmap, build impactful customer journeys, and deliver sustainable growth through data-driven segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalized experiences. If you're both creative and analytical, and know how to turn insights into action — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the CVM strategy: Design and execute data-driven customer engagement strategies that drive retention, repeat purchases, and CLV.
  • Segment customers: Use behavior analysis to create targeted customer segments for personalized campaigns across various channels; email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Leverage data: Track and optimize key performance metrics (e.g., retention rate, and CLV)
  • Run A/B tests: Test and refine campaigns to continually improve engagement and conversion.
  • Work cross-functionally: Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Lead loyalty and partnerships: Integrate loyalty programs and partnerships into your CVM strategies to deepen customer relationships and boost value.
  • Stay ahead of trends: Monitor market and customer trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in CVM, CRM, or growth marketing with a track record of driving retention and customer value
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with segmentation, personalization, and end-to-end lifecycle campaigns
  • Skilled at turning customer insights into actionable strategies to boost CLV and repeat rate
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator, especially with product, data, and marketing teams
  • Proven success in building and scaling customer programs, including loyalty and partnerships.
