Responsibilities

Operational Management

  1. Oversee receiving all program details from tour organizers and ensure accurate entry and updating of all data in the movement sheet.
  2. Supervise weekly and daily updates of the movement sheet, ensuring all modifications are communicated to relevant departments.
  3. Verify program details with the extranet system and ensure any discrepancies are resolved through coordination with file owners and the Aviation Department.
  4. Ensure accurate monitoring and updating of all client movement timings (flights, trains, transfers, etc.) and align all changes with the concerned departments.
  5. Lead the assignment of tour leaders to movement operations based on workload, file requirements, and performance levels.

People Management & Field Operations

  1. Conduct field follow-ups to evaluate service quality, assess team performance, and identify areas for operational improvement.
  2. Provide on-ground guidance to tour leaders, evaluate strengths and weaknesses, and ensure continuous development of their performance.
  3. Lead the training and onboarding of new team members in the Movement Department, ensuring they are prepared with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Logistics & Coordination

  1. Approve transportation booking orders and coordinate with the Transport Department to ensure timely service delivery.
  2. Supervise inspections of external transport vehicles, ensuring they meet company service standards and reporting improvement points.
  3. Monitor and manage router usage and allocate devices appropriately to tour files.
  4. Maintain effective communication with all departments and branches to ensure smooth workflow and optimal service quality.

Documentation & Control

  1. Serve as the primary owner and controller of the movement sheet, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency of all information.
  2. Ensure systematic documentation of all movement activities and maintain a reliable record-keeping process.
  3. Prepare periodic reports on operations performance, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Strategic & Administrative Duties

  1. Lead process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and elevate the service standards provided to clients.
  2. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service quality benchmarks.
  3. Handle any tasks or responsibilities required for the continuous development of the Movement Department and overall operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in tourism companies
    , specifically in tour operations, movement coordination, or logistics.
  • Fluent English and French (spoken and written)
    – must be able to communicate professionally with international partners and clients.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of tourism operations, flight/train schedules, and movement logistics.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and tour operations systems (e.g., Extranet).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
