We're Hiring – Operation Manager

Catch
is a leading fashion retail brand seeking a passionate and experienced
Operation Manager
to join our growing team.

We're looking for someone who can lead our operations efficiently, ensure smooth coordination between departments, and maintain the highest standards of performance across all branches.

Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in the fashion or clothing field is a must.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across all branches to ensure smooth performance and high-quality standards.
  • Supervise store managers and ensure operational consistency across all locations.
  • Monitor sales performance and stock movement to achieve company targets.
  • Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Warehouse teams to enhance workflow and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and improvement plans for management.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in
    operations management
    within the
    fashion retail industry
    (mandatory).
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and branches effectively.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail.
