Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Administrative Affairs Manager, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Deputy Administrative Affairs Manager will oversee various administrative functions, manage office operations, and ensure organizational effectiveness. Daily tasks include coordinating office activities and services, supervising administrative staff, and managing records and reports. The role also involves liaising with different departments, handling budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative management and office operations
- 12 years of Experience in Administration Affairs
- Strong practical experience in warehouse, transportation, and movement management, and organizing the flow of materials and supplies.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage records and reports effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of company policies and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience working in a security service provider or related industry is a plus
