Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Factory Director in Textile Engineering Manufacturing to join our team at FETRA INTEGRITY Egypt. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Qesm 1st 6th October. The Factory Director will oversee production planning and management, ensure quality control standards are met, lead manufacturing operations, and manage team performance. They will work collaboratively to streamline operations and meet organizational goals while driving efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure efficient operations.
  • Proficient in implementing and overseeing Quality Management practices to meet company standards.
  • Experience in Manufacturing processes and operations with an emphasis on improving output and efficiency.
  • Proven ability in leading and motivating teams, with effective Team Management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in the textiles industry is highly advantageous.
